Nominated by Guizhou Wanfeng (Group) Industry Co., Ltd., this core project of the national 4A-level wellness tourism resort is located within Xingyi Yuntun Ecological Sports Park, Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou. It has won the MUSE Design Gold Award for its unique design and high-quality resources. Covering 65,000 square meters with a construction area of approximately 12,000 square meters, the resort offers 76 guest rooms—including detached villas and main building rooms—equipped with high-end amenities such as Dyson hair dryers, Kohler bathroom fixtures, and smart toilets, exuding luxury. The elliptical main building features black roofs and yellow walls with large floor-to-ceiling windows, offering unobstructed views and earning the nickname "Guizhou’s Bird’s Nest." Twenty-six scattered pools amid flowers and trees create the poetic scene of "people in the scenery, scenery in the pool," with mountain views from every room for a romantic vacation experience.

Situated in an ecological park with 65% forest coverage and over 95% vegetation coverage, the resort boasts 20,000 negative ions per cubic centimeter, serving as a natural oxygen bar. Located in the golden climatic and ecological belt at 25°N latitude, Xingyi enjoys an average summer temperature of 25°C and winter temperature of 15°C, with 100% days of excellent air quality. Selected as one of China’s Top 100 Wellness Counties in 2025, it was awarded the titles of "China’s Four-Season Wellness Capital" by the China Meteorological Association and "World Wellness Model City" by the UN International Institute on Ageing. Sourced from 2,000 meters underground, the hot spring has a temperature of 49°C and clear, transparent water rich in fluorine, strontium, metasilicic acid, and other rare minerals—classified as a high-quality rare hot spring with beneficial effects on skin care and joint relief.
Officially opened on December 8, 2023, the hot spring received 23,000 visitors by March 2024 with an average room rate of 972 yuan. Certified as a Guizhou "Golden Soup Class Hot Spring Resort" in late 2024 for its premium services and experiences, it was also recognized as an "IMTA International Alpine Hot Spring Wellness Tourism Pilot Demonstration Site" in September 2023 and selected as a benchmark alpine thermal wellness project globally by the International Mountain Tourism Alliance (IMTA). It has become a new business card for Guizhou’s hot spring industry, integrating history, natural scenery, and ethnic customs.
