    Memoranda of Cooperation were exchanged with multiple international organizations and local governments. The publication "Innovative Formats and Community Co-construction in Mountain Tourism" was released, along with the designation of 8 new "World Famous Tourism Mountains" and 6 "International Mountain Hiking Tourism Demonstration Routes." Representatives from various countries engaged in resource alignment under the theme "Promoting Mountain Prosperity, Co-creating Mountain Splendor."

    Two significant research reports, "Climate Change Responses for Mountain Tourism" and "World Famous Tourism Mountains—Certification Standards", were unveiled. The event also recognized the inaugural list of 14 "World Famous Tourism Mountains," setting industry benchmarks. Enhanced cultural and tourism connectivity with Southeast Asian countries was achieved through the "Colorful Guizhou" tourist train and newly launched direct flights.

    Marking China’s first large-scale overseas initiative to revitalize post-pandemic tourism, the conference adopted the "2023 Vientiane Consensus on International Mountain Tourism Day", reinforcing regional collaboration and industry recovery. A series of practical industry exchange sessions were held in Luang Prabang, Bali, and Kuala Lumpur to advance concrete cooperation.

Multifaceted exhibitions—including photography, intangible cultural heritage, and specialty products—showcased the diverse appeal of mountain tourism resources and culture.
