Seven "International Mountain Hiking Tourism Demonstration Sites" were designated for the first time, while in-depth discussions on emerging formats like "Mountain Hot Spring Wellness" contributed to industrial diversification.

    The IMTA Mountain Tourism Awards were introduced, featuring five categories to recognize industry best practices.
