Recently, the 2026 Guizhou Qianxinan Prefecture Cultural Tourism and Residential Wellness Promotion Conference was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. More than 80 guests from various industries, including representatives from the Malaysia Chinese Tourism Association (MCTA), the Malaysian Inbound Tourism Association (MITA), the Malaysia-China Folk Culture and Tourism General Chamber of Commerce, the Ctrip platform, leading outbound travel agencies, and mainstream media, gathered to discuss new opportunities for cultural tourism cooperation. As a key segment of the event, the Qianxinan Prefecture Bureau of Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism successively signed memorandums of strategic cooperation with the Malaysia Chinese Tourism Association and the Malaysian Inbound Tourism Association.
