On July 14, the 14th season of CYTS' "Discovering the Cities Beyond" and the 2026 "Little Tadpoles Are Not Afraid of the Dark" Summer Camp for Blind Children, jointly hosted by CYTS and the China Braille Library, warmly kicked off at Gubei Water Town.

Twenty-five visually impaired teenagers from Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shandong, Guizhou, Jilin, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Hebei, Tianjin, and Inner Mongolia, accompanied by over 50 parents, volunteer teachers from the China Braille Library, and caring colleagues from CYTS and Gubei Water Town, walked into Gubei Water Town. They listened with their ears, touched with their hands, and perceived with their hearts, immersing themselves in the charm of the water town, tracing the cultural heritage of the Great Wall, and experiencing the magnificence of China's mountains and rivers through a multi-sensory journey.
