Recently, the 2026 Shenwu Gorge Cultural Tourism Cup Table Tennis Team Invitational Tournament, jointly hosted by the Shennongjia Forestry District Federation of Trade Unions and the Shennongjia Forestry District Bureau of Culture and Tourism, was successfully held at the Shennongjia Forestry District Gymnasium. Sixteen representative teams and over 100 athletes from Henan, Chongqing, Shaanxi, and Hubei provinces/municipalities participated, competing in 32 exciting matches, achieving a two-way empowerment between sports competition and cultural tourism promotion. In the next phase, the Forestry District Federation of Trade Unions will continue to explore the "sports + tourism" integration path, meticulously build distinctive employee cultural and sports brands, and unite employee strength through cultural and sports activities to support the flourishing development of the region's cultural tourism industry.
