Since the Whoosh began operations, as of August 2026, Malaysian passengers have made a cumulative 403,626 trips on the Whoosh, ranking first among foreign passengers from all countries and accounting for 42.8% of the total 944,087 foreign passenger trips.

The Whoosh makes it convenient for tourists to connect Jakarta, Bandung, and various destinations in West Java in a single trip.
