Dr. Jamir joined TERI School of Advanced Studies (TERI SAS) in July 2012 as an Assistant Professor. Prior to joining TERI SAS she was at the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI), York, UK as a Ph.D. researcher. Her key research direction is climate change adaptation, air pollution , food security and sustainable development. She is also interested in working on environment and development issues by engaging with different stakeholders including local communities and people from different scientific and cultural background. Besides research and teaching engagements, she has also been organizing a number of training workshops for researchers from India and other countries.
