He was graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Parisandtheécole nationale d'administration (ENA), and holds bachelor's degrees in literature and law. He served as Director of the Office of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, Secretary-General of the French Presidential Palace and Prime Minister of France. Having holding important posts in the long term,he has rich diplomatic experience and strong communicative ability, and is familiar with tourism. He made remarkable contributions to the tourism development of France during his term as Prime Minister.Since 2017, he has served as the chairman of the IMTA.
