The International Mountain Tourism Alliance (IMTA) is a non-government, non-profit international organization initiated by China. It was officially established on August 15, 2017, and currently has 193 group and individual members from 36 countries and regions on five continents. Members include tourism institutions, non-profit organizations, tourism-related enterprises, relevant consulting institutions, professional colleges, airlines, etc. of mountain tourism countries and regions in the world. Guided by ecological civilization, the IMTA aims to protect mountain resources, inherit mountain civilization, promote mountain economy, and benefit mountain people. It actively promotes international exchanges and business cooperation in the tourism industry, summarizes and promotes the development experience of mountain tourism, and is committed to sustainable mountain tourism development.
IMTA Headquarters
The Secretariat of the IMTA, as the working body of the Alliance, has gathered and cultivated a team of talents with international communication, large-scale events organized, industrial development research, and service capabilities for IMTA members and the industry with years of construction. According to the needs of the work, the Secretariat is now recruiting staff members from the society.
I. Basic Requirements for Recruitment
Age requirement: no more than 35 years old.
Education background requirements: graduate degree or above, master's degree or above. If the major and experience are closely related to the job position in the alliance, or if there is overseas study and work experience, the academic requirements can be relaxed to bachelor's degree.
Major requirements: No restrictions.
Basic requirements: have a sense of professionalism, responsibility, and good professional ethics; have a down-to-earth and pursuit of excellence work passion; have a dedication to the development of mountain tourism.
Other requirements: strong writing skills, proficiency in foreign languages is preferred. Those with foreign qualifications and degree certificates must provide foreign qualifications and degree certificates issued by the Education Overseas Service Center of the Ministry of Education of China (original and photocopy). Those with two years or more work experience and tourism industry experience are preferred.
II. Recruitment Position and Responsibilities
(I) Headquarters of the Secretariat
Recruitment position: 1 office clerks, each for International Liaison Department, Comprehensive Business Department and Secretariat Office.
Job position responsibilities:
International Liaison Department: mainly responsible for the IMTA member development, maintenance and service, mountain tourism industry training, and organizes and participates in international exhibitions and events.
Comprehensive Business Department: mainly responsible for large-scale event planning, official documents and correspondence mapping out, overall external publicity, industry research, and other work.
Secretariat Office: mainly responsible for the formulation and supervision of the internal rules and regulations of the IMTA Secretariat, the preparation and printing of promotional materials for large-scale events, daily document processing, daily internal affairs, human resource management, etc.
Work location: International Mountain Tourism Alliance Headquarters, No. 80, Longteng Road, Nanming District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province.
(II) Beijing Liaison Office of the IMTA
Recruitment position: 1 office clerk.
Job position responsibilities: mainly responsible for liaison with relevant national ministries and commissions in Beijing, embassies (consulates) in China, relevant international organizations, some IMTA members, etc., preparing and editing leadership speeches and other documents, participating in the organization, invitation, and reception of the IMTA activities.
Work location: Block C, China Workers' Home, No. 1 Zhenwumiao Road, Fuxingmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing City
Applicants should have a fixed residence in Beijing, and Beijing household registration is preferred.
