According to data released by the Beijing Entry-Exit Frontier Inspection Station on March 18, as of March 17, the number of travelers passing through Beijing ports this year has exceeded 4 million, representing a 23% increase compared to the same period last year. More than 25,000 inbound and outbound flights were inspected, marking a 24% rise year-on-year.

As of March 17, nearly 940,000 foreign nationals had entered or exited through Beijing ports this year. Among them, 236,000 foreign nationals entered under visa-free policies or the 240-hour temporary entry permit policy, doubling the figure from the same period last year.
