Rime ice has blanketed the branches of Xiling Snow Mountain, creating a fairy-tale landscape as rolling seas of clouds sweep across the peaks of Chengdu, southwest China's Sichuan Province. Shrouded in ice, snow and mist, the mountain scenery resembles a dreamlike winter paradise.

Xiling Snow Mountain, a World Natural Heritage Site, is home to the giant pandas. During winter, the area transforms into a storybook snow world, attracting visitors eager to enjoy a wide range of ice-and-snow activities.

Tourists can take part in nearly 20 winter attractions and sports, including snow tubing, snowmobiling and banana boat rides on the snow.
