During the 2025 National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, Guizhou's cultural tourism consumption market showed strong "external vitality". Data shows that during the holiday, consumption by tourists from outside the province reached 10.629 billion yuan, with 15.4767 million visits, both increasing by nearly 10% year-on-year. Significant consumption growth was recorded among tourists from Guangdong, Zhejiang and other regions, indicating the expansion of Guizhou's tourism radiation radius. This achievement is attributed to Guizhou's innovations in integrating "cultural tourism + consumption" scenarios. For example, the "Red Ribbon" Digital Experience Hall used AI technology to bring red history to life, and the Yundu Service Area of Huajiang Canyon Bridge upgraded sightseeing to in-depth experiences including extreme sports, effectively driving surrounding consumption. Reports point out that for cross-provincial consumption to remain booming, Guizhou needs to continue efforts in deepening cultural experiences, improving service guarantees and innovating business formats.
