According to the investor, China Professional International Investment Co., Ltd., the project will incorporate innovative elements such as AR experiences and is expected to attract an annual客流 of 1.8 million visitors.
Beijing Sub-Center's Cultural Tourism Zone Introduces Four Major Projects
This signing is one of four key projects recently introduced by the Cultural Tourism Zone in Beijing's sub-center. In addition to Ferrari World, the other simultaneously launched projects include Mars Habitat Sci-Fi City, "Flying to Sagittarius - Launch Camp," and the Cultural Tourism Zone Digital Intelligence Platform. The total investment for these four projects amounts to nearly 10 billion RMB. Among them, Mars Habitat Sci-Fi City will create China's first immersive Mars-themed experience base; "Flying to Sagittarius - Launch Camp" is a physical realization project based on a sci-fi literary IP; and the Digital Intelligence Platform will use AI technology to enable intelligent resource scheduling and service integration within the zone.

Wang Yue, Director of the Industrial Promotion Department of the Beijing Sub-Center Administrative Committee, stated that with the launch of the four major projects, including Ferrari World, the sub-center's cultural tourism zone will accelerate the formation of a full-chain IP industrial cluster. It is reported that the Beijing Sub-Center Cultural Tourism Zone, where the project is located, has already gathered several key cultural and tourism projects such as Universal Beijing Resort and Haichang Ocean Park. Supporting infrastructure, including transportation, in the area is increasingly being perfected, providing a solid foundation for the operation of large-scale theme parks. The establishment of the Ferrari theme park will further enhance the international influence of Beijing's sub-center as a world-class tourism destination.
