Commencing their journey from Lhasa, the capital of the autonomous region, the participants undertook a 700-kilometer drive on the first day to reach Nyima, situated in northern Xizang.
On Sunday morning they engaged in a tourism promotion event commemorating the inauguration of Tangra Yumco, a lake designated as a national AAAA-level tourist destination in Nyima. Adorned in exquisite ethnic attire, local Tibetans presented a captivating display of dance and song, set against the backdrop of the Dagu Snow Mountain, the emerald lake waters, and the crystal-clear blue skies.
Liu Yunxian, the Party secretary of Nyima, extended a warm reception to the media contingent and proudly proclaimed Nyima as one of the most picturesque ecological photography locations in the nation.
Wang Shaohua, the general manager of China National Travel, expressed that the photographers would unveil, through their lenses, the breathtaking yet lesser-known scenic gems and historical sites scattered across the expansive terrain of Nyima.
