Pakistan announced on August 1 that it would grant visa-free access to Chinese citizens from August 14.
According to a CCTV news report, on August 1st local time, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif announced that Pakistan would implement a visa-free policy for mainland citizens from August 14th.
At present, there are nearly 90 countries and regions that have implemented visa-free and visa-free transit for Chinese tourists. According to the information released by the Chinese Consular Service Network in December 2023, there are 26 countries and regions that unilaterally allow mainland citizens to enter without visas, 41 countries and regions that unilaterally allow mainland citizens to transit without visas, and about 20 countries that mutually exempt ordinary passports from visas.
