It prompting conservation experts to utilize advanced monitoring systems. Recently, muon imaging technology, a first in China's relic conservation, was used for a precise "physical examination" of the wall's interior.

These technologies have shifted conservation efforts towards proactive monitoring and prevention, ensuring the wall's preservation while enhancing visitor experiences with digital tour apps and immersive exhibits.
