According to the "May Day" tourism outlook data released by Ctrip Research Institute on its wechat official account, domestic travel orders have reached the level of 2019, with a year-on-year increase of more than seven times.

The domestic tourism market is booming, and a number of tourist destinations each have a brilliant plan, with distinctive characteristics and outstanding performance.

Hiking trails in the mountains, tasting the "spring" feast in the green mountains, playing the future rural orienteering competition... Recently, the 10th Sports and Leisure Experience Season of the Yangtze River Delta (Yuhang Station, Zhejiang Province) and the first Sports Tourism and Leisure Festival of Yuhang opened in Qingshan Village, Huanghu Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. According to statistics, during the finals, Taijiang County received a total of 181,900 tourists and realized a comprehensive tourism income of 55.16 million yuan. As an old tourist city, Xi 'an has been famous for a long time, and its profound historical and cultural deposits are its most valuable tourist resources. From the perspective of domestic tourists, the proportion of cultural leisure is increasing. In 2022, more than 90 percent of respondents said they would make cultural purchases while traveling. The top five cultural experiences favored by tourists were watching operas and exhibitions, punching a time-clock at cultural venues, visiting cultural venues, performing arts/festivals and folk customs. It can be said that domestic tourists have shifted from "seeing mountains and water" to "human fireworks". Not only that, cultural experience is also a major factor in attracting foreign tourists to China.
