On Nov. 17, the Department of culture and tourism of Guizhou Province issued the notice on resuming the operation of cross provincial team tourism business and strengthening the industry prevention and control measures. The notice proposes that, from now on, Guizhou provincial travel agencies and online travel enterprises will resume the operation of cross provincial team tourism and "air ticket + Hotel" business. However, it is not allowed to organize groups to go to medium and high-risk areas in China, or undertake tourism teams from provinces (autonomous regions and cities) where medium and high-risk areas are located.

At the same time, the cultural and tourism bureaus at all levels and the comprehensive law enforcement team of cultural market shall supervise and guide local travel agencies and online travel enterprises in strict accordance with the requirements of "guide for prevention and control measures for orderly resumption of travel agencies' operation" (the Third Edition) and "notice on further health monitoring of personnel returning to Guizhou in key areas" issued by Guizhou Provincial Leading Group Office for prevention and control of SARS, Carry out tour group connection business in an orderly manner.
