According to data produced by The PC Agency surrounding vaccination and coronavirus rate by travel consultancy, it showed that 12 countries are likely to be moved into the Green Travel List.

Data shows a potential 12 countries could move on to the Green Travel List with an announcement being made on Thursday (5 August) by the UK Government.

According to data produced by The PC Agency surrounding vaccination and coronavirus rate by travel consultancy, it showed that 12 countries are likely to be moved into the Green Travel List. It has been reported that Germany, Canada, Poland, Romania and Austria will be added to the list which would mean no quarantine period for those arriving from these countries back into England.

Bosnia, Hungary, Latvia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Lithuania and the Czech Republic have also been tipped to join the growing list which could indicate a spike in last-minute summer holidays to these destinations.

The data also caused the experts to believe that Norway, Saudi Arabia, French Polynesia, Bhutan and North Macedonia have the potential to move onto the Green List in the near future due to low case rates.

However, this list is not set in stone and official list changes are approved and decided by the Joint Biosecurity Centre, whom The Telegraph have reported have a list of 77 countries they are watching which could possibly move to the Green Travel List.
