During the exhibition, the main leaders of international organizations, relevant cultural and tourism departments and tourism-related enterprises came to the booth to learn more about the development of the IMTA, and conducted in-depth exchanges on local mountain tourism resources to explore the direction and possibility of further cooperation. Peter Semone, Chairman of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), said that the IMTA exhibited a very rich content, and the new form of mountain tourism was exhibited through the IMTA platform, which was of great significance for promoting the development of mountain tourism. He also expressed that PATA was willing to establish a closer strategic partnership with the alliance. The heads of tourism departments in Hong Kong, Macao, Shanghai, Qingdao and other places came to the booth for exchanges and negotiations, expressing their willingness to carry out multi-faceted cooperation and exchanges with the IMTA.

At this year's Travel Mart, the IMTA once again worked together with its members, representatives of the mountain tourism industry, and new forms of mountain tourism in Guizhou to interact with mountain tourism operators and consumers from all over the world. The Alliance actively met with exhibiting enterprises and tourism institutions from all over the world, and successively held negotiations with relevant persons in charge of tourism institutions from Spain, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Ghana, Hong Kong, Macao and other countries and regions on establishing cooperation and exchange relations in mountain tourism. The Alliance reached consensus on relevant cooperation matters and future joint construction mechanisms.

The IMTA's participation in this year's China International Tourism Mart is the fourth time it has participated in a large-scale international cultural tourism exhibition, following the Wuhan Cultural Tourism Expo, Xi'an Cultural Expo, and China-ASEAN Expo Tourism Exhibition this year. It is an important strategy determined by the main leaders of the alliance to continuously participate in large-scale professional exhibitions as a platform for building the alliance, strengthening its brand, shaping its image, and enhancing its influence. Through continuous exposure, the alliance's influence will continue to be enhanced, and it will provide new practical support for the alliance's participation in the construction of a global tourism governance system and for serving China and Guizhou.
