As one of Scotland's three major ski centers, The Cairngorms is the most authentic winter resort in the UK. This year, Cairngorms National Park is themed "Where Winter Comes to Life", encouraging visitors to explore this winter wonderland. From ice and snow sports and outdoor exploration, to interacting with reindeer at the Glenmore Reindeer Ranch, visiting Balmoral Castle, or strolling under the stars at the Dark Sky Park, create a unique northern winter experience in the interweaving of tranquility and adventure!

Cairngorms National Park is located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and is the largest national park in the UK, covering an area of 4,528 square kilometers, which is 40% larger than Lake District National Park and twice as large as Loch Lomond and Trossachs. It is not only vast, but also has many peaks - five of Scotland's six highest peaks are located here, and 52 of them are over 900 meters above sea level. The rich and diverse glacial landforms and natural landscapes make it an excellent place to explore nature. In addition to skiing and exploration, Cairngorms also has magnificent lakes and pure rivers, including the famous Dee, Spey and Don rivers, which are home to endangered freshwater pearl oysters and abundant wildlife. The native forest here covers more than half of the park area and is one of the most important nature reserves in the UK. Whether you're skiing, hiking, or stargazing, Cairngorms is a year-round destination, but especially charming in winter.
