At this time, many places in China have already entered the season of warm spring and blooming flowers, while in Changbai Mountain, Jilin, snowflakes still continue to fall, creating a unique and charming scene. The recent Changbai Spring Snow Hiking Event attracted numerous hiking enthusiasts who flocked to this event amidst the snow and ice. Along the way, participants were able to admire the magnificent beauty of the spring snow in Changbai Mountain and explore its unique volcanic geology. A representative from the Changbai Mountain Protection and Development District Management Commitee Tourism Bureau stated that last year, Changbai Mountain achieved significant breakthroughs in both the number of visitors and its brand influence. The total number of visitors throughout the year increased significantly, and in 2024, the main scenic area of Changbai Mountain received 3.4088 million visitors, a year-on-year increase of 24.1%. During the snow season, the results were even more impressive: in the 2024 to 2025 snow season, the number of visitors to the Changbai Mountain scenic area exceeded its historical peak by 38 days.
