On November 17, 2025, at the "IAAPA Legends: Hall of Fame Celebration" held by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions in Orlando, USA, Su Zhigang, Chairman of Chimelong Group, was inducted into the "IAAPA Hall of Fame Class of 2025," becoming the first Chinese recipient of this honor.

This recognition follows his previous achievement on March 16, 2024, when Su Zhigang received the Thea Award for Lifetime Achievement from the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), becoming the first Asian entrepreneur to be honored with that award. Globally, only eight individuals have received both the TEA Thea Lifetime Achievement Award and IAAPA Hall of Fame induction. This group includes six Americans, one European, and Su Zhigang as the sole Asian representative.
