The project has a total investment of about 20 million yuan. Weisui Culture and Tourism, in collaboration with the Shishan government, will build and operate a high-end camp resort hotel by the side of Bo'ai Lake. The focus is to create a wild and water-friendly camp hotel by the lake. It will make full use of the unique natural scenery and cultural resources of Shishan Town, combined with VESSEL's industry-leading product technology and strong drainage and operation capabilities. It will focus on "camping+" with catering, market, music and other activities, providing a comprehensive package of "food, accommodation and entertainment" for tourists. It aims to provide a new accommodation experience for tourists and build a comprehensive tourism destination integrating leisure, vacation and entertainment. The signing of the contract, both parties are committed to promoting the high-quality development of Shishan cultural tourism and resort, and creating landmark cultural tourism projects.
Since its inception, VESSEL has been adhering to the concept of "making the vacation lifestyle more compatible with the harmonious coexistence of man and nature", actively responding to the policy of rural revitalization, and is committed to leading a new generation of young people to get close to nature and protect it. In the past six years of project practice, VESSEL has demonstrated many unique advantages. The self-developed ultra-low water, electricity, and heat energy consumption system, as well as its super-strong thermal performance that can adapt to -30°C environments, not only minimizes energy waste in the development of tourism resources, but also maximizes the protection of rural ecology. At the same time, relying on its unique product design and comfortable spatial experience, Weisui skillfully integrates modern architectural aesthetics with the natural environment, creating a habitat for tourists that feels like they are in the embrace of nature without destroying the original ecology.
