The China-Thailand Cultural Tourism Industry Summit was held in Bangkok, Thailand

On July 1st, the "China-Thailand Cultural Tourism Industry Summit" was held in Bangkok, Thailand. The Summit was hosted by the World Tourism Economic Research Center, co-organized by the China Chamber of Tourism and the China Women`s Chamber of Commerce, and supported by the Chinese Embassy in the Kingdom of Thailand, the Pacific Asia Travel Association, the Thailand Exhibition Association, and the Thailand National Tourism Administration. More than 200 business leaders from all walks of life in mainland China, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region participated in Thailand to engage in in-depth exchanges, discussions, and face-to-face negotiations with Thai government officials, business leaders, and representatives of the cultural tourism industry. This visit was included in the "Nihao China" campaign carried out by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and also served as a warm-up for the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand in 2025.

During the conference, high-level dialogues and keynote speeches were held on "Promoting Common Prosperity through Cultural Tourism" and "New Opportunities for Enterprise Cooperation in Developing Sino-Thai Cultural Tourism". Representatives of domestic and foreign institutions and entrepreneurs, including President Ji Xiaodong, Honorary President Wu Zhaolan, Executive President Yu Jinfang, and Vice President Xu Xiaoliang, made speeches and exchanged views on important topics related to Sino-Thai cultural tourism cooperation.
