With the start of the climbing season this year, Nepal will carry out a new round of garbage removal work on Mount Everest. It is reported that the garbage removal work will start on the 14th of this month, and it is expected to remove about 10 tons of garbage from Mount Everest. According to previous data, from the launch of the first round of projects in 2019 to the end of last year, a total of about 110 tons of garbage was removed from Mount Everest. The relevant person from Nepal Mountaineering Association said that the process of climbing Mount Everest may last for about two weeks.
