OCT AI Engine Driven Innovation Platform Won the Second Prize in the Cultural Tourism Track of the "Digital China Innovation Competition"
Recently, the organizing committee of the Digital China Innovation Competition announced the winners of the "First Tourism Track of the Digital China Innovation Competition". The "OCT AI Engine-Driven Tourism Service Innovation Platform" tourism service + AI platform, jointly submitted by the OCT Group's Digital Development Department and Huacheng Technology Company, stood out from 329 entries in the preliminary, semi-final and final rounds and won the second prize.
Fujian is the ideological source and practical starting point of digital China construction. The organizers of the Digital China Construction Summit include the State Internet Information Office, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the People's Government of Fujian Province, etc. The cultural and tourism track of the Digital China Innovation Competition is hosted by the Organizing Committee of the Digital China Construction Summit and is one of the important tracks of the Digital China Innovation Competition.

At present, based on the AI engine technology platform, OCT has pragmatically and effectively created a series of comprehensive and multi-level tourism intelligent systems. The systems are interconnected and collaborate effectively to jointly shape a powerful tourism service ecosystem, continuously enriching the connotation and extension of tourism intelligence, and significantly improving the quality of tourism services and the level of operation intelligence. For example: the intelligent customer service system in phase I, which has served more than one million tourists in six months, with a robot problem solving rate of 70%, demonstrates its strong service efficiency and maintains a continuous optimization trend, effectively improving the efficiency of customer service and reducing labor costs; the AR route guidance system, like a "smart guide" in the hands of tourists, with its precise navigation and vivid display, effectively shortens the time for tourists to find the path and improves the efficiency of tour; the successful launch of the virtual queuing system significantly alleviates the pressure on the flow of people at popular attractions, reducing the average waiting time for tourists by more than 30%, greatly optimizing the tourism experience.
