Recently, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism announced the list of national 5A-level tourist attractions, and Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area was successfully selected. After eight years of construction, it is here as promised, and Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area has officially been promoted to a national 5A-level tourist attraction.

Sifenggou Scenic Spot is located in the town of Sifenggou, Xiaojin County. It consists of Shuangqiao Gully, Changping Gully, Haizi Gully, Yaoguniang Mountain/Yaomei Peak, Sanguniang Mountain, Erguniang Mountain and Daguniangl Mountain. It is a comprehensive scenic spot that combines "World Natural Heritage", "National Key Scenic Spot", "National Nature Reserve" and "National Geological Park".

As the core node of the western Sichuan tourism ring and the growth pole of tourism economic development in the southern Aba Prefecture, Mount Siguniang is taking the opportunity of building a 5A scenic spot. Since 2016, under the strong leadership of the Aba Prefecture Party Committee and the government, and with the cooperation of the county bureau and department, the Mount Siguniang scenic spot has been strengthening its overall construction and improvement by "improving quality, establishing brand, promoting development, gathering popularity, increasing efficiency and sustainability". Mount Siguniang is promoting the modernization process of urban space, rural space and living space with aesthetics, striving to build a characteristic cultural tourism town with perfect infrastructure, agglomeration of tourism elements, good landscape and style, and efficient operation service management. It will enhance the attractiveness of cultural tourism, promote cultural tourism consumption, and increase comprehensive income.

With the innovation of tourism modes, mountain outdoor tourism will have a profound impact on China's ecology and tourism industry in the future, and will become one of the leading industries in the future. The Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area, which is only 100 kilometers away from Chengdu, a large city with tens of millions of people, has unique geographical environment, geographical resources and location advantages, as well as world-class outdoor environment, outdoor industry and outdoor location. It has the conditions to build a national and even world-class mountain outdoor tourism destination. Currently, it has become the closest comprehensive mountain outdoor scenic spot and international tourism destination in the world to tens of millions of central cities, forming a new pattern of tourism development in southern Aba with points forming lines and lines leading to surfaces, effectively promoting the rapid and high-quality development of tourism in western Sichuan represented by "two cities and two states" of Chengdu, Ya'an, Aba Prefecture and Ganzi Prefecture, and comprehensively realizing the all-for-one development and balanced development of tourism in Aba Prefecture.
