On the morning of July 29, 2023 China · Baili Cuckoo Fourth Cross-country Running Challenge Race was started at the Shiniu Phase I Square of Baili Cuckoo Management Area. More than 1,100 cross-country running enthusiasts from all over the country ran together to enjoy the sports fun brought by nature.

Shao Zijian, a runner from Guangzhou, entered the 100KM men's race, which was his first time to participate in the race. "The climate here is so comfortable, and the beautiful scenery along the way makes people linger. It's really a great experience to enjoy the beautiful scenery while running. I will come here again next year if I have the chance, and bring my friends and family to travel," Shao said.
