Chongqing landscape meets Garden Lion City, a wonderful interaction across mountains and seas. Recently, with the landing of Air China CA450 flight in Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, Chongqing welcomed a Singapore tour group of 80 people. This is the first group of Chongqing and Singapore jointly organized "'heavy' 'new' departure · Chongqing-Singapore dual hub two-way tour", which will open a six-day in-depth tour of Chongqing.

Not long ago, "Singapore · Chongqing Week" was held in the Chinese Cultural Center of Singapore. Chongqing and Singapore jointly launched the "Starting from 'Renew' and 'New' -- Chongqing-Singapore Double Hub Two-way Tourism" activity, jointly promoting the revival and recovery of the international tourism market, sharing resources, reciprocal policies, promoting brands and sending tourists to each other, and promoting the cultural and tourism cooperation between Chongqing and Singapore to a deeper, higher quality and more effective direction.

For this event, Chongqing China Travel Service (Group) Co., Ltd. and Singapore Huayun Travel Company launched a six-day tour of Magic Chongqing in Singapore, which was widely favored by Singaporean tourists and soon became a tour.

Next, the tour group will visit famous scenic spots such as Dazu Rock Carvings, Wulong Natural Three Bridges, Pengshui Jiuli City, and check in Ancient Town of Ciqikou, Light Rail Walkway, Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, Cathay Art Center, Chongqing International Circus City, etc., to experience the charm of Chongqing cultural tourism in depth.

Chongqing and Singapore are important tourism partners and important source regions for each other. In recent years, Chongqing and Singapore have had frequent friendly exchanges. In October 2022, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Culture and Tourism Development and the Singapore Tourism Board signed the Memorandum on Strengthening Tourism Cooperation. In November of the same year, the China-Singapore (Chongqing) Cultural and Tourism Industry Alliance was established, with 147 enterprises and institutions including travel agencies, scenic spots, hotels and homestays from the two places joining (62 Singaporean enterprises), opening a new chapter of cultural and tourism exchange and cooperation between the two places.

Chongqing Culture and Tourism Development Committee officials said that Chongqing will formulate and introduce a new round of inbound tourism incentive policies, create more high-quality product routes suitable for inbound tourists, expand the source market, launch Chongqing tourism "100 cities" promotion plan, and fully promote the recovery of inbound tourism market.
