Help Mangshan Mountain to create a national 5A scenic spot Sunriver Holding Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Yizhang County

On Feb 20, Sunriver Holding Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the people's government of Yizhang County, Hunan Province, to establish a comprehensive strategic cooperation relationship in areas such as Dachangshan tourism and the creation of 5A scenic spots. Yu Faxiang, chairman of Sunriver Holding Group, Lai Zhilin, Party Secretary and executive president of Sunriver Group, had in-depth exchanges with Yan Changwen, Standing Committee member of Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Minister of Organization, and Zhang Runhuai, Party secretary of Yizhang County, and witnessed the signing of the contract.

According to the agreement, Sunriver Holding Group will actively participate in the tourism development of Grand Mangshan Mountain through capital investment, the introduction of products such as free home and boutique resort hotels, the integration and improvement of tourism transportation resources and other channels. Meanwhile, it will integrate Mangshan Wuzhifeng Peak scenic spot, Tiantaishan Mountain and Jiangjunzhai Village scenic spots to achieve unified operation and management of Grand Mangshan Mountain Scenic spot. Sunriver Holding Group will export Sunriver operation system mode, management mechanism and control method in the later operation management work, optimize the existing scenic spot management system, cooperate with strategic partner Chinatopview Tourism Group, comprehensively promote the development of Grand Mangshan Mountain tourism and cultural tourism and health industry, and promote Mangshan Scenic spot to create a national 5A tourist spot. Mangshan Wuzhifeng Mountain Scenic spot will be built into a national well-known barrier-free eco-tourism demonstration base.

Brief introduction of Mangshan Mountain

Mangshan Mountain, located in Yizzhang County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, covers a total area of 240 square kilometers, with a forest coverage rate of 95%, more than 100,000 negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter, 2,659 species of plants and more than 300 species of vertebrates. There is also the super national treasure Mangshan iron head, known as the "panda among snakes". There are only 300-500 Mangshan iron head snakes in a narrow valley in the world. Mangshan Mountain is the best preserved primitive forest with the most abundant species in the same latitude on the earth. It is honored as the first primitive ecological mountain in southern China, the first forest oxygen bar in southern China, national nature reserve, national geopark, the largest national forest park in Hunan Province, and national AAAA scenic spot. It is also known as "One mountain straddling two provinces and Hunan Province in Mangshan Mountain".

Mangshan Wuzhifeng Peak Scenic Spot is located in the south of Yizzhang County and at the north foot of Nanling Mountains, covering a total area of nearly 300,000 mu. The mountains stand tall and the grotesque rocks are in full shape. It boasts "the wonder of Huangshan, the splendor of Taishan Mountain, the adventure of Huashan Mountain and the secluded of Qingchengshan Mountain", as well as high-quality resources such as "strange pines, grotesque rocks, sea of clouds, rime, rhododendrons and hot springs".

Opened on October 1, 2019, the scenic spot boasts 8 kilometers of "China's highest, longest, flattest and most beautiful floating walkway". The world's most advanced and China's longest single-track 3.7km off-hook passenger ropeway; There are 2 cliff space elevators built 1,600 meters above the sea level, and 7 outdoor slant and vertical wheelchair elevators, 10 manned and chair-carrying stairs climbing machines. All the public facilities in the scenic spot, such as the third toilet in the tourist toilets, special toilet for the disabled and special vanity, can meet the needs of people with limited mobility to enjoy the beautiful rivers and mountains. In 2020, Mangshan Wuzhifeng Scenic Spot was awarded the title of "the First barrier-free Mountain Tourist Attraction in China" and "the first barrier-free Mountain Tourist Attraction in China" respectively by the China Association of Tourist Attractions and the China Association of Disabled Persons, and was awarded the International Award of "Best Mountain Tourist Destination" by the International Mountain Tourism Alliance.
