2025 年第一季度，滨海城市发展集团正式拉开了一项战略性学术推广活动的帷幕，公共关系部总监谢德福先生率队走进柬埔寨顶尖学府——柬埔寨皇家艺术大学（Royal University of Fine Arts）、Paragon International University 以及诺顿大学（Norton University），通过专题演讲、项目推介与设计竞赛推介等多元形式，深度解读旗舰项目“七星海”的规划理念，并同步推广滨海城市创意设计大赛。这场学术推广将企业资源与高校科研力量精准对接，为区域发展注入青年智慧与可持续动能。

In the first quarter of 2025, COASTAL CITY DEVELOPMENT GROUP has officially kicked off a strategic academic promotion activity. Mr. CHEA TECH HOK, Director of Public Relations Department, led a team to visit Cambodia's top universities - Royal University of Fine Arts, Paragon International University, and Norton University. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, project recommendations, and design competition recommendations, the team deeply interpreted the planning concept of the flagship project "Dara Sakor" and simultaneously promoted the COASTAL CITY Creative Architecture Champion Competition. This academic promotion precisely connects enterprise resources with university research capabilities, injecting youth wisdom and sustainable momentum into regional development.

一、产业联动 共绘滨海城市未来蓝图

此活动是滨海城市发展集团推进产学合作、强化与学术界联系的关键行动。其核心目标是将 “七星海” 这一滨海城市地标性工程与高校丰富资源深度融合，助力可持续城市规划与建筑创新发展。“七星海” 作为集团核心开发项目，立志塑造区域城市发展新典范，高度重视环保理念、文化融合及创新设计。

This activity is a key action taken by COASTAL CITY DEVELOPMENT GROUP to promote industry-university cooperation and strengthen connections with the academic community. Its core goal is to deeply integrate the landmark project of "Dara Sakor" in Coastal City with the abundant resources of universities, and to promote sustainable urban planning and innovative development of architecture. As the core development project of the group, "Dara Sakor" aims to shape a new model for regional urban development, and attaches great importance to environmental protection concepts, cultural integration, and innovative design.

在三所高校巡回推广期间，公共关系部团队举办了多场专题演讲与互动交流活动，全方位展示了项目愿景、开发范畴与设计理念。活动现场气氛热烈非凡，教授与学生们对 “七星海” 在环境可持续性、文化相关性及城市设计方面的核心追求有了透彻理解。

During the promotional tour of three universities, the Public Relations Department team has held multiple keynote speeches and interactive communication activities, showcasing the project vision, development scope, and design concepts in all aspects. The atmosphere at the event was lively and extraordinary, and the professors and students had a thorough understanding of the core pursuit of "Dara Sakor" in terms of environmental sustainability, cultural relevance, and urban design.

二、设计大赛 青年才俊的实践舞台

与此同时，团队还向学生们介绍了由集团组织的滨海城市创意设计大赛。这一重要平台大力鼓励青年建筑师直面实际挑战，充分施展创意与技术专长，设计出兼具美学价值与实用功能，且与柬埔寨社会文化背景相得益彰的建筑方案。通过与年轻学子和学术专业人士的直接沟通，该项目不仅引发了关于柬埔寨未来城市发展的深入探讨，还极大地激发了学生积极投身国家建设的热情。

At the same time, the team also introduced the COASTAL CITY Creative Architecture Champion Competition organized by the group to the students. This important platform strongly encourages young architects to face practical challenges, fully utilize their creativity and technical expertise, and design architectural solutions that combine aesthetic value and practical functionality, and complement Cambodia's social and cultural background. Through direct communication with young students and academic professionals, this project has not only sparked in-depth discussions on the future urban development of Cambodia, but also greatly stimulated students' enthusiasm for actively participating in national construction.
