在职研究生学历，在职经济学博士学位，1992年8月参加工作，1992年5月加入中国共产党。历任云南省政府打击走私综合治理领导小组办公室副主任（正处级），云南省旅游局市场开发处处长，海南省旅游发展委员会党组成员、副主任，省旅游和文化广电体育厅党组成员、副厅长，三亚市政府副市长。现任三亚市委常委，市政府副市长，现任海南省旅游投资发展有限公司党委书记，董事长。
