国际山地旅游联盟专家委员会成员、世界旅游经济研究中心副主席（澳门）、世界旅游组织原亚太部主任。多年来在世界旅游组织秘书处负责亚太旅游行政管理工作，在国际合作与协调方面有着丰富的组织经验，在亚太旅游发展战略和政策制定等领域有诸多研究和积累。曾在本世纪初代表世界旅游组织主持或协调了大部分在中国的技术合作项目。

Member of IMTA Expert Committee; Vice Chairman of Global Tourism Economy Research Centre in Macao; Former Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific, UNWTO. He has been responsible for Asia-Pacific tourism administration in the Secretariat of the UNWTO for many years. He has extensive organizational experience in international cooperation and coordination, and has a lot of research and accumulation in the areas of Asia-Pacific tourism development strategy and policy formulation. At the beginning of this century, he hosted or coordinated most of the technical cooperation projects in China on behalf of the UNWTO.
